Op 4 november was het dan zover, de 3000^ste aflevering van Somertijd! Een drukte in de studio met onder andere bezoekjes van Tim Coronel en Kim Holland. Als klap op de vuurpijl mocht Rob ook nog de Golden Radio Award in ontvangst nemen van niemand minder dan Hans Kraay jr.!

Het begon allemaal ooit in ’92, op de zondagmiddag. Omdat rond die tijd “De Zomertijd’ inging en het tevens verwijst naar de naam van Rob van Someren, kwam de programma-naam tot stand. Dat dit uiteindelijk zou uitgroeien tot zo’n populair radioprogramma dat élke werkdag te beluisteren is, had niemand durven dromen!

Somertijd kunt u elke werkdag beluisteren met Rob, Sven en Juri op Radio Veronica tussen 16.00 – 19.00 uur.

During a long-awaited and historical concert in the Stade de France the Black Eyed Peas literally lightened up the stage. They sold out the stadium three times and 80.000 people marveled at their unique luminous costumes.

We know the band for pushing the boundaries when it comes to music, fashion and technology, wanting to give their public a unique and dashing show. Playing in Paris, the 'City of Lights', they were looking for dynamic luminous costumes to match the grandeur of their host city. In close collaboration with Philips, a driven team of professionals created dazzling lighting costumes by integrating Philips LED en OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode) and using specific addressing technology.

Keet!, the newest pop star on the children's block, made it all the way to the top in the iTunes category 'children's music'. 

Of course we already know Keet! as the new hostess of Telekids and the immensely popular single "Big Splash". With her second single she now confirms her talents as a wonderful singer as well.

Keet! is still working hard to finish her debut album but there's one thing we know for sure: both hit singles will be on the album set list! The release date of the album is set for late summer.

You can watch Keet! every single day between 6.30 am and 9.30 am on RTL8.
